巨噬细胞极化调控在泌尿系再生中的研究进展

巨噬细胞是一种具有高度异质性和可塑性的免疫细胞,可在不同的刺激下发生极化并发挥相应的生物学功能以维持体内微环境平衡.在组织损伤后的修复再生阶段,巨噬细胞从促炎M1型主导转变为抗炎M2型主导并发挥关键作用.调控巨噬细胞极化状态促进组织修复再生已成为再生医学的研究热点之一.近年来在泌尿系领域,研究者们通过采取递送刺激物、免疫调节细胞和基因操作等策略,实现了巨噬细胞极化的调控并观察到其为泌尿系统组织器官修复再生带来的积极作用.
Research progress of macrophage polarization regulation in urinary regeneration
Macrophages are highly heterogeneous and plastic immune cells that can be polarized under different stimuli.It plays an important biological role in maintaining the balance of the microenvironment in vivo.In the stage of repair and regeneration after tissue injury,macrophages switch from pro-inflammatory M1 to an anti-inflammatory M2.Therefore,regulating the polarization state of macrophages to promote tissue regeneration has become a hot issue in regenerative medicine.In the field of urology,researchers have adopted strategies such as the delivery of stimulants,immunomodulatory cells and genetic manipulation to achieve the regulation of macrophage polarization and observed its positive effects on the repair and regeneration of urological tissues and organs.
