随着医学信息化的发展与进步,麻醉信息管理系统已经从简单、自动化的术中记录功能发展到具有数据治理能力和逐渐向数智化发展.麻醉信息管理已应用于麻醉记录、管理、质控、科研、教学等围术期全程工作,并获得良好的临床效果.然而,当前临床医师对麻醉信息管理了解和应用程度仍相对较低.本专家共识以麻醉信息管理系统建设和应用为中心,聚焦系统的功能和特性、部署路径和标准、数据采集和安全、临床应用等关键问题,旨在为临床医师及致力于麻醉信息学研究的科研工作者提供参考.
Abstract
With the development and progress of medical information,anesthesia information man-agement systems have developed from simple and automated intraoperative recording functions to data gov-ernance capabilities and gradually moving towards digital and intelligent data processing.Anesthesia informa-tion management has been applied to the entire perioperative work,encompassing anesthesia records,man-agement,quality control,scientific research and teaching,and has achieved good clinical effects.However,the current understanding and application of anesthesia information management by clinical physicians is still relatively low.This expert consensus focuses on the construction and application of anesthesia information management systems,with an emphasis on key issues such as the system's functions and features,deploy-ment path and standard,data acquisition and safety and clinical application.It aims to provide reference for clinicians and researchers dedicated to the study of anesthesia informatics.
