摘要
非甾体抗炎药虽然已广泛用于加速康复外科理念下的多模式疼痛管理,但该类药物的不合理使用致不良反应和安全事件也日益突出.本工作组参考国内外最新文献及循证医学证据,依据国内围术期镇痛研究和实践前沿,围绕非甾体抗炎药在围术期镇痛应用方案、药物相互作用、特殊人群中应用的注意事项及防治策略等内容达成专家共识,旨在为规范非甾体抗炎药在围术期镇痛中的选择和应用提供指导性意见,进一步推进安全、合理、有效地应用非甾体抗炎药.
Abstract
Although nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have been widely used in multimodal pain management with the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery,their adverse reactions and safety events caused by unreasonable use have become increasingly prominent.By referring to the latest literature and evi-dence-based medicine at home and abroad,based on research and practice frontier of domestic perioperative analgesia,this paper has reached a consensus on a series of specific contents:application of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for perioperative analgesia,drug interactions,precautions and prevention strategies for application in special populations,etc.This consensus aims to provide guidance for the standardized se-lection and application of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for perioperative analgesia,.and further pro-mote rational,safe and effective use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
