摘要
为进一步规范我国成人术后疼痛管理工作,由中华医学会麻醉学分会发起,按照《中国制订/修订临床诊疗指南的指导原则(2022版)》的方法与步骤,制订《成人术后疼痛管理临床实践指南(2024版)》.本计划书主要包括指南制订的目的、指南制订工作组及职责、临床问题的收集与遴选、证据的评价和合成,以及推荐意见的产生等内容.
Abstract
In order to standardize the postoperative pain management in adults in China,the Chi-nese Society of Anesthesiology formulated the"Clinical practice guidelines for postoperative pain manage-ment in adults(2024 edition)"according to the methods and steps of the"Principles for Formulation/Revi-sion of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines in China(2022 Edition)".This protocol mainly intro-duced the purpose of guideline formulation,the formation and responsibilities of the working group,the col-lection and selection of clinical questions,the evaluation and synthesis of evidence,the formation of recom-mendations and other processes.
