Scoliosis surgery is an important method to treat adolescent scoliosis and improve the function of important organs.However,due to the characteristics of the big surgical trauma,high difficulty and many perioperative complications,adolescent scoliosis surgery needs perfect preoperative evaluation and individual perioperative management plan.Therefore,the consensus was drafted by a committee of experts from the fields of anesthesiology and osteology,based on the latest research progress in the perioperative management of adolescent scoliosis surgery.After multiple rounds of discussion,this expert consensus was ultimately formed to better guide clinical practice.
