摘要
脑卒中是一组突发的局部脑血液循环障碍引起神经功能障碍的脑血管病的总称,针对其发病过程中的多个靶点,近年来涌现出不少新型治疗方法。光生物调节(PBM)是利用波长范围在630~1000 nm之间的电磁波,业已证明其在神经退行性疾病、精神病学等领域得到了广泛应用。本文综述了已发表的在动物实验和临床上的研究,总结了现阶段PBM在脑卒中治疗中的研究进展,内容包括PBM治疗脑卒中的可能机制,PBM对脑缺血动物模型和急慢性脑卒中患者的治疗效果等。
Abstract
Stroke is a series of sudden blocks of cerebrovascular circulation disorders inducing neurological dysfunctions. Focusing on the multiple targets to pathophysiological process, many new interventions appeared in recent years. Photobiomudulation (PBM) is a kind of electromagnetic wave ranging from 630 nm-1 000 nm wave length, and its role has been confirmed in the application against neurodegenerative disorders and psychiatric diseases. The current article reviewed the basic and clinical findings, and tried to unveil the progress of PBM in treatment of stroke, including the possible mechanism of PBM in treating stroke, effectiveness of PBM in the intervention of acute and chronic stroke.
