Participation Mechanism of Female Elites in Ethnic Rural Tourism Governance:An Analysis Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior
Ethnic rural tourism,as an important path for rural revitalization in ethnic regions, has attracted much attention.Research has found that subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, experiential behavior, and participation characteristics have a significant positive impact on the behavioral intention of female elites to participate in ethnic rural tourism governance, with experiential behavior having the greatest positive impact.Behavioral attitudes do not directly affect the behavioral intentions of female elites, but are indirectly correlated through subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, experiential behavior, and behavioral intentions.Furthermore, suggestions are proposed to promote the participation of female elites in ethnic rural tourism governance from three aspects:gender equality, government policy orientation, rural tourism, and rural governance cultivation.
