Since the 18th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to women's development.From the perspective of value,Xi Jinping emphasized that attaching importance to the development of women is the fine tradition and political superiority of the Chinese Communist Party,the inevitable requirement for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the precondition to give full play to the"two unique roles"of women.From the perspective of goal,Xi Jinping encouraged women to firmly follow the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,proactively shoulder the responsibility of building the new fashion of socialist family civilization and realize their life value through arduous struggle.From the perspective of practice,Xi Jinping emphasized that women's work should be done from the four aspects:improving institutions and mechanism,strengthening organizational guarantee,optimizing the social environment,and consolidating ideological foundations,and providing the guidance for the development of women in the new era.
