Constructing a social support system for juvenile prosecution is an effective way to achieve comprehensive protection for juveniles.Women's federations have the duty,according to the law and the constitution,to participate in the protection of juveniles.Through the establishment of a cooperative mechanism with the Supreme People's Procuratorate,the All-China Women's Federation has clarified the paths and contents for women's federations to participate in the construction of the social support system for juvenile prosecution,therefore continuously enhancing their role in the system for protection of juveniles.Due to the constraints of work philosophy,resources,capacity and other aspects,there is a significant difference in the extent of participation of women's federations across the country in the construction of the system.Women's federations need to uphold the Party's leadership,see the bigger picture,coordinate resources and constantly innovate to promote the high-quality development of Procuratorate-Women's Federation Cooperation,and to further strengthen the protection of juvenile.
