数字化转型中幼儿园教师智能教育素养指标体系的构建

Research on the Construction of Preschool Teachers'AI Education Literacy Indicators System

随着教育数字化转型,人工智能技术在教育领域的渗透与融合更加普遍,提升教师的智能教育素养成为构建智能时代教育生态的重要内容.幼儿园教师作为学前教育的核心支撑力量,其智能教育素养的高低决定了未来能否适应学前教育变革、胜任智能时代的学前教育工作.基于循序循证的研究方法,综合采用文本分析法、专家咨询法、问卷调查法,构建幼儿园教师智能教育素养指标体系.该体系包括智能教育态度、智能教育伦理、智能教育知识、智能教育能力和智能教育思维5个一级指标、12个二级指标以及相应的42个三级指标.验证结果表明,该指标体系效度模型拟合较好,信度较高,具有较好的科学性与合理性,能够作为引领幼儿园教师智能教育素养发展的方向指引,为幼儿园教师智能教育素养评价与提升提供参考依据.
With the penetration and integration of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education,improving teachers'AI educational literacy has become an important part of building education ecology in the intelligent era.Through text analysis,Delphi method and questionnaire survey,this study constructed the index system of preschool teachers'AI educational literacy,including AI educational attitude,AI educational ethics,AI educational knowledge,AI educational ability and AI educational thinking and its 42 indicators.The results show that the validity model of the indicators system is well fitted,the reliability is high,which can be used as a guiding framework for the development of AI educational literacy among preschool teachers.It can serve as a reference and effective tool for evaluating and enhancing the AI educational literacy of preschool teachers.
