摘要
关节置换术是用人工制造的关节代替疼痛且丧失功能关节的方法,常用于髋关节及膝关节,该类手术已广泛见于二级以上综合医院及专科医院的关节外科、创伤外科及骨外科,编码人员要熟练的运用ICD-9-CM-3的编码给予分类.在ICD-9-CM-3中手术的分类应从手术的(范围)部位、术式、入路、疾病性质等方面综合考虑.查阅淄博市、县级15家综合医院2015年一季度髋膝关节置换术及其相关手术共142例的编码情况,分析关节置换的一般情况,不同部位、不同术式及手术中伴随情况对髋关节置换术、膝关节置换术编码的影响,对髋和膝关节置换术的ICD-9-CM-3分类原则进行探讨.
Abstract
Joint replacement is a kind of method to replace the painful and dysfunctional joint with artificial joint,which usually applied on hip or knee joint.This kind of operation is widely used in articular surgery,trauma surgery and orthopedic surgery of the class Ⅱ comprehensive and special hospitals,which requires the coders to make the classification with the application of ICD-9-CM-3 skillfully.The classification of operations in the ICD-9-CM-3 should consider many factors comprehensively,included the (range) body parts,surgical procedure,surgical approach,nature of the disease,etc.This paper includes the situation of 142 cases of hip and knee replacement even correlative operations for Zibo and county general hospitals in the first quarter of 2015.And also,through the analysis on the effects of general situation,different body parts,surgical procedure and deeper situation on the coding of hip or knee joint replacement,we conducted an investigation on the classification rules of hip or knee joint replacement in ICD-9-CM-3.
