摘要
目的 探究放射肿瘤学运用双语教学的内涵及重要性,分析当前双语教学存在的问题,制定相应的教学对策,以期促进双语教学的优质、顺利开展.方法 将2015级临床医学本科生随机平均分为实验组和对照组,每组65人.肿瘤放射治疗学总共60个学时,对照组常规模式教学;实验组,设置4个~6个双语课时,在课时中中英文教学各占50%,临床实习过程中,穿插英语教学,比例占到10%左右,使学生们掌握基本的肿瘤放射治疗学中相关专业词汇.在评价教学效果的考试过程中,设置20%左右的英文题目.结果 双语教学组对方法新颖性、学习兴趣、分析问题能力等教学方法的评价显著优于传统教学组.双语教学组实践技能成绩(91.5±5.6)分显著高于传统教学组(83.2±4.7)分,差异有统计学意义.结论 教学课时比重、临床实习、教学评价、教育理念等多方面开展双语教学工作,为本科生肿瘤放射治疗学双语教学工作的顺利进行提出了具体措施.
Abstract
Objective To explore the connotation and importance of bilingual teaching in radiation oncology, analyses the current problems of bilingual teaching, formulate the corresponding teaching countermeasures, in order to promote the quality of bilingual teaching, develop smoothly. Methods A total of 60 students in radiotherapy and radiotherapy were used to set up 4-6 bilingual classes, which accounted for 50% of the teaching in both English and Chinese. In the course of clinical practice, the proportion of English teaching is about 10%, so that the students can master the related professional vocabulary in the basic oncology radiotherapy. In the course of evaluating the effectiveness of teaching, set up 20% of English title. Results The teaching methods of the bilingual teaching group were significantly better than those of traditional teaching groups. The practice skill of bilingual teaching group (91.5±5.6) was significantly higher than the traditional teaching group (83.2±4.7), and the differences in the group were statistically significant. Conclusion The proportion of teaching hours, clinical practice, teaching evaluation, education idea and other aspects to carry out bilingual teaching, bilingual teaching of undergraduate tumor radiation therapy work smoothly specific measures are put forward.
