Application of WeChat Public Platform in Hospital Medical Record Room
Objective To analyze the shortcomings of the application of WeChat public platform in the medical record room, and put forward the measures to promote the application of the public platform of the medical record room of WeChat. Methods A comprehensive survey was adopted to investigate and analyze the shortcomings and reasons of the application of WeChat public platform in 27 case rooms from August 2012 to October 2017. Results The WeChat public platform content is not rich, medical record management, encoding training and copy service accounted for 82%; form of WeChat content is not diverse. Picturesque content accounts for 82.6%; WeChat promotion efforts are not enough, external medical records WeChat public platform accounts for 11.1%. Conclusion By improving the service connotation of WeChat, improving the way of WeChat's distribution, strengthening the popularization of the WeChat public platform in the medical record room, and improving the application of WeChat platform by the special person, we can improve the application status of the public platform in the medical record room.
