摘要
目的 分析子宫肌瘤手术患者住院费用构成及其影响因素,为合理控制住院费用提供依据.方法 收集某院2015年-2016年子宫肌瘤手术病例686例,采用描述性分析、秩和检验、多元线性回归方法进行分析.结果 子宫肌瘤手术患者住院费用构成中的前四位为:治疗费(23.6%)、药品费(19.5%)、诊断费(16.9%)和耗材费(15.5%).住院天数、手术方式、诊断数量及付费方式是住院费用的主要影响因素.结论 住院天数是住院费用最重要的影响因素,缩短住院天数是控制住院费用的主要手段.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the hospitalization cost composition and its influencing factors of uterine leiomyoma with surgery, in order to provide reference for controlling medical expenses. Methods 678 medical records of uterine leiomyomas were collected from the hospital between January 2015 and December 2016. The statistical methods of descriptive analysis, Spearman rank correlation, Kruskal-Wallis test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the composition and influencing factors of hospitalization costs. Results The four leading in the hospital cost composition of uterine leiomyomas were treatment(23.6%), drugs(19.5%), diagnosis(16.9%) and materials(15.5%). The major factors that influenced the hospitalization expenses of uterus hysterectomy include length of stay, surgical approach, the number of diagnoses, payment types. Conclusions The most important influencing factor of the hospitalization cost is the length of stay, and the main method of controlling hospitalization expenses is to shorten the length of stay.
