Application of Preventive Psychological Intervention System Record Sheet in RICU
Objectives This study aims to design and apply a preventive psychological system record sheet in the respiratory intensive care unit,in order to reduce patient stress reactions and improve the quality of nursing record writing.Method 184 patients admitted to the respiratory intensive care unit of a certain hospital from January 1,2019 to October 31,2022 were randomly selected.Grouping was performed using the word table method.92 cases in the control group received routine care and recorded,while 92 cases in the observation group implemented preventive psychological intervention record sheets,and adopted basic psychological care,supportive psychological care,cognitive intervention,and other nursing measures.The symptoms,psychological status,and nursing record writing quality of two groups of patients with stress disorder were compared.Results After the intervention,the PLC-C score of the control group(45.62±4.07)was higher than that of the observation group(36.56± 3.40).After the intervention,the observation group had higher scores for optimism(14.86±1.53),self-strength(27.12±2.40),tenacity(38.61±3.02)and total psychological flexibility questionnaire score(77.49±3.54)than the control group(10.70±1.32、20.86±2.30、30.59±2.48、60.81±3.57).The observation group scored 94.06±7.41 points in specialized knowledge and 97.13±6.56 points in nursing record writing quality,which were both higher than those of the control group(88.69±78.76 and 89.07±7.69,respectively),with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of preventive psychological intervention system record sheets in respiratory intensive care unit patients can reduce stress disorder symptoms,improve psychological status,and improve the quality of nursing record writing.
