Cultivation of Scientific Research Capabilities for Undergraduates in Rheumatology Medicine
The pathogenesis of rheumatism is complex and intersects with many disciplines,which is suitable for scientific research.This article takes the participation of medical undergraduates in the implementation of scientific research projects in the rheumatology major as a case study and combines the characteristics and advantages of the rheumatology major to explore methods for cultivating the scientific research capabilities of medical students.The cultivation of undergraduate scientific research ability should be carried out gradually.(1)Training methods are applied based on practical activities.Disease management databases are used to simulate clinical practice learning.Students participate in teachers'projects and receive practical training.(2)Teachers'projects are used as concrete examples to guide students'project application.A variety of teaching models are used to train students in topic selection,literature retrieval,and interpretation,project application writing scientific research paper writing,etc.(3)Problems are actively discovered during the implementation process.Undergraduate education is still based on the traditional teaching model of teaching textbook content in the classroom.Students lack scientific research awareness,scientific research guidance,and scientific research funding.(4)Approaches are explored to improve scientific research and innovation concepts,based on traditional teaching content and incorporating the latest research progress.The idea that doctors improve their scientific research capabilities will help open up clinical ideas is emphasized.Intelligent medicine training is made full use and students are led to participate in medical practice activities.Through the above training methods,undergraduates are encouraged to establish scientific research concepts and cultivate scientific research interests and scientific research abilities.
