摘要
目的 通过本市医疗机构病案科室内涵建设及发展情况调查分析,为提升本市各医疗机构病案管理水平,加强病案管理专职人员队伍建设提供参考依据.方法 2022 年 11 月 15 日采用问卷调查法,收集上海二级甲等及以上90家医疗机构病案科室数据,采用Excel2017和SPSS21.0 对数据进行整理与分析.结果 多数医院病案科室隶属于医务处,为医院二级科室,占比 66.67%;本科及以上学历者占比 88.12%;职称以初级为主,其中病案信息技术专业职称占比 39.82%;病案管理专职人员与医院床位配置比例低于 1:50.结论 上海医疗机构病案管理专职人员专业水平发展不一致,医院床位与病案管理专职人员配置比例不合理,医院对病案科室重视程度有待进一步提升.
Abstract
Objectives To provide reference for improving the level of medical record management and strengthening the construction of full-time medical record management staff through investigation and analysis of the connotation and development of medical record departments in municipal medical institutions.Methods On November 15th,2022,questionnaire survey method was used to collect the data of medical records departments from 90 second-class A and above medical institutions in Shanghai,and Excel2017 and SPSS21.0 were used to organize and analyze the data.Results Most of the medical record departments belong to the medical department,which was the second department of the hospital,accounting for 66.67%.88.12%of those with bachelor's degree or above;The professional titles of medical records information technology accounted for 39.82%;The ratio of full-time medical record management staff to hospital bed allocation was less than 1:50.Conclusions The professional level of full-time medical record management staff in Shanghai medical institutions was not consistent,the proportion of hospital beds and full-time medical record management staff was not reasonable,and the attention of hospitals to medical record departments needed to be further improved.
