General Practice Literature Research Trend Analysis Based on Knowledge Network
Objective To analyze the research hotspot and trend evolution of general medicine research literature,and provide data basis for the development of general medicine.Methods From January 1st,1990 to February 28th,2023,the relevant literatures with the subject word"general medicine"were systematically searched and summarized.Results The number of literature in general medicine research changed from 1990 to 2019,the fluctuation of literature rose to its peak,and from 2019 to 2022,the literature number showed a trend of decline.The keyword co-occurrence network contained 420 nodes and 2092 edges,and the network density was 0.0268.The keywords contained in the network account for 97%of the total sample,which was highly representative.The top three words frequency accounts for 14.85%in general medicine,4.43%in general medicine and 3.30%in general medicine education.51 mutant words were selected.According to the classification of hot spots starting time,the research hot spots before 2000 mainly focused on the emergence intensity of community health services 63.58.The research focus from 2000 to 2015 focused on the emergence intensity of general practice education 21.16.After 2015,research hotspots focused on the emergence intensity of general practice 16.65,standardized training 15.75,and the mutation words that had not ended by 2023 were:the emergence intensity of general practice 16.65,standardized training 15.75,and novel coronavirus pneumonia 11.18.Conclusions The research focus of general practice had gradually shifted from the general practice ability and general practice education of primary medical and health service system to the pursuit of the quality development of general practice,and the research focus was closely related to relevant national policies.
