Effects of Disability Status and Neurological Impairment on Acute Stress Disorder in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objectives To investigate the status of Acute Stress Disorder(ASD)among cerebral infarction patients, and investigate the effect of disability status and neurological function on them. Methods A total of 464 patients were enrolled from a hospital neurology department and neurosurgery department from May 2019 to May 2021 and they were tested with the general situation,Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire(SASRQ),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and Neurological Deficit Scores. Results Among 464 subjects,SASRQ total score were(66.44±43.761),66.81%had the SASRQ total scores of 10-39,12.07%had the SASRQ total scores of 40-56,and 21.12%had scores of 57-146.The items of gender(β=0.129),dysphagia(β=0.085),disability(β=-0.137),and neurological deficit(β=0.145)were picked in the regression equation(P<0.05).Conclusions The cerebral infarction patients had serious acute stress symptoms. The individuals who had severe disability, severe neurological deficit, dysphagia, and acute stress disorder in female patients might be more likely to get acute stress disorder.
