支气管镜手术模拟训练系统在呼吸内镜护士规范化教学培训中的应用

目的 探讨呼吸内镜护理教学中支气管镜手术模拟训练系统联合传统教学法的应用效果,为缩配合短操作时间和提高配合成功率提供参考.方法 将2022年6月1日-2022年12月31日在某三甲医院呼吸内镜中心轮转的20名护理人员作为A组;将2023年1月1日-2023年5月31日轮转的20名护理人员作为B组.A组使用传统教学方法,B组使用支气管镜手术模拟训练系统与传统教学法相结合的方法.观察两组学员培训后理论测试结果、独立配合操作的成功率及完成时间.结果 A组学员完成3阶段培训后理论测试为(85.85±2.70)分,B组学员理论测试为(91.30±4.31)分,A组的分数较B组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);A组学员独立配合完成支气管镜下病理组织活检的时间为(53.75±12.54)秒,B组学员独立完成时间为(25.95±6.69)秒,B组所用时间较A组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组学员独立配合操作的成功率为35%,低于B组成功率70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 支气管镜手术模拟训练系统与传统手把手带教相结合的方法,可以使学员更全面准确的掌握相关理论知识及操作技能,并缩短配合时间提高配合成功率.
Application of Bronchoscopic Surgery Simulation Training System in Standardized Teaching and Training of Respiratory Endoscopic Nurses
Objectives This study aims to explore the application effect of the bronchoscopy surgery simulation training system combined with traditional teaching methods in respiratory endoscopy nursing teaching,so as to provide a reference for shortening the matching operation time and improving the success rate of matching.Methods The 20 nursing staff who rotated in the respiratory endoscopy center of a tertiary hospital from June 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were included in group A,while the 20 nursing staff who rotated from January 1,2023 to May 31,2023 Nursing staff serve as group B.Group A used traditional teaching methods,and Group B used a combination of a bronchoscopy simulation training system and traditional teaching methods.The theoretical test results,independent cooperation operation success rate,and completion time of the two groups of trainees were observed after training.Results After completing the 3-stage training,students in Group A scored 85.85±2.70 points on the theoretical test,and students in Group B scored 91.30±4.31 points on the theoretical test.The scores of Group A were lower than those of Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The time for students in group A to independently complete the pathological tissue biopsy under bronchoscopy was 53.75±12.54 seconds,and the time for students in group B to complete it independently was 25.95±6.69 seconds.The time taken by group B was shorter than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of students in group A operating independently was 35%,which was lower than the rate of group B(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The method of combining the bronchoscopy surgery simulation training system with traditional hand-in-hand teaching can enable students to master relevant theoretical knowledge and operational skills more comprehensively and accurately,shorten the cooperation time,and improve the success rate of cooperation.
