Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway in Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Lung Segment Surgery
Objectives This study aims to study nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway on patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary segment resection to evaluate its application effect. Methods A total of 60 inpatients who underwent thoracoscopic lung segment surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery from September 1,2018 to September 30,2019 were selected as the control group, and traditional nursing methods were used for perioperative nursing.58 inpatients who underwent thoracoscopic lung segment surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery from May 1,2019 to May 31,2020 were selected as the observation group, and the rapid rehabilitation nursing path was used for perioperative nursing. The time of first getting out of bed, postoperative extubation time, hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses, the score of NRS after surgery, and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The results show that the first time of getting out of bed, postoperative extubation time, and hospitalization days of the observation group patients were shorter than those of the control group[(1.05±0.22)vs(2.14±0.31);(2.45±0.46)vs(4.70±0.49);(6.72±0.89)vs(9.48±0.89)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group[(5.97±0.65)vs(7.88±0.48)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group patients at 24 hours,48 hours, and 72 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group[(4.64±0.48)vs(5.45±0.50);(2.43±0.50)vs(3.67±0.48)];(1.40±0.49)vs.(2.57±0.50)],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence rates of persistent lung air leakage, pulmonary infection, lower limb venous thrombosis, and arrhythmia after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(8.62%)vs.(31.67%)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway perioperative management for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung segment surgery can reduce hospital stay, alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and accelerate postoperative recovery.
