数字水印防伪技术在病案复印中的探索应用

摘要
由于病案具有很高的医学价值和法律价值,需要一种技术手段来防止病案的非法复制和篡改.数字水印具有不可见性、鲁棒性、安全性等特点,可将数字水印打印防伪技术应用于病案打印过程中,实现对病案的追踪和防伪.通过改造病案打印接口,可实现基于数字水印打印防伪技术的医院病案复印方案,该方案包括下载生成PDF格式病案、嵌入数字水印、打印防伪病案、病案防伪检测等几个环节.实践证明,该方案能有效防止病案的非法复制和篡改,提高病案管理的安全性,同时能提高病案复印工作的效率,防范医疗纠纷,提升医院形象.
Abstract
Because of the high medical and legal value of medical records,a technical means is needed to prevent the illegal copying and tampering of medical records.Based on the features of invisibility,robustness and security of digital watermarking,the anti-counterfeiting technology of digital watermarking can be applied to the printing process of medical records to realize the tracking and anti-counterfeiting of medical records.By modifying the interface of medical record printing,the hospital medical record copying scheme based on digital watermark printing anti-counterfeiting technology can be realized,which includes downloading and generating PDF medical record,embedding digital watermark,printing anti-counterfeiting medical record,medical record anti-counterfeiting detection and so on.Practice has proved that the scheme can effectively prevent the illegal copy and tampering of medical records,improve the safety of medical records management,improve the efficiency of medical records copying,prevent medical disputes,and enhance the image of the hospital.
