Discussion on the"Multi-district"Maternal and Child Safety Management Model in Public Hospitals
The multi-district development model of public hospitals has been continuously improved to the homogenization standard under the dual drive of policies and patient needs, and the industry management requirements for maternal and child safety management have stipulated localized management. In view of the different functional positioning of maternal and infant work in various hospitals under the homogenized development mode, there are hidden dangers in the legal practice of doctors in multiple hospitals, the lack of coordination personnel in the simultaneous rescue, and many difficulties in daily work and information management.Combined with the actual situation of the hospital, the hospital proposed the unified organizational structure of the multi-district,the management idea of the whole department, the establishment of a professional management team, the optimization of human resources, the establishment of standardized management standards, and the effective strategy of strengthening the integration of information system. It not only ensures the homogenization of medical care, but also conforms to the localized management, which is conducive to improving the overall medical safety and medical quality. With the in-depth development of the work,it is still necessary to constantly explore new management models to help the hospital develop in high quality.
