Analysis on the Hot Topics of Fron Page Research of Inpatient Medical Records in China Based on Co-word Analysis
Objectives This paper analyzed the research hot topics of the front page of inpatient medical records in China in the past decade,provided reference for relevant research.Methods To retrieve relevant literature in the past decade from CNKI,and import the selected articles into BICOMB to describe the distribution of publication year,journal,and first author.Based on the co-word analysis method,SPSS20 was used to cluster the dissimilarity matrix formed by the first 48 high-frequency keywords after preprocessing,and the research hotspots on the front page of medical records were obtained.Results A total of 1317 valid literatures were retrieved.In recent ten years,the literature related to the front page of inpatient medical records in China had shown an overall upward trend,and the journal with the most papers was"China Medical Records",which published 28%of the literature in this field.The first author with the most papers was Huang Hao from Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University.The top 10 keywords of word frequency include DRGs,quality control,defects,quality,countermeasures,etc.Research hotspots include:The relationship between the front page of inpatient medical records and the performance assessment of public hospitals,the status quo of the front page of inpatient medical records,the discussion of disease ICD coding,the data analysis and utilization of the front page of inpatient medical records,the application of DRG in medical services,and the use of PDCA methods to improve the quality of the front page of inpatient medical records were six areas.Conclusions The front page of inpatient medical records was paid more attention in China,and the number of papers,journals and authors was large.The research focus was extensive and the content was rich,which was not only limited to the directly related topics such as the quality of the front page of the inpatient medical records and ICD coding,but also extended to the fields of performance appraisal and DRGs.
