Quality Analysis of Standardized Training for General Practice Residents in a Medical College
Objective To understand the current situation of the standardized training of general practice resident doctors(referred to as general practice training)in a medical college,analyze the factors affecting the standardized training,evaluate the training effect,in order to promote the healthy development of general practice training.Methods By using the method of literature research and questionnaire survey,the general discipline training survey form was developed.From October 1st,2022 to June 30th,2023,a total of 75 students of grade 2020,2021 and 2022 and 10 students who had completed their studies were investigated.Results The students'overall satisfaction with the general discipline training was high,among which the satisfaction with the basic base teachers was(3.98±0.61)points,the satisfaction with the training content was(4.28±0.71)points,the satisfaction with the assessment method was(4.39±0.68)points,and the satisfaction with the clinical base teachers was(4.41±0.72)points.Work experience influenced the satisfaction with teacher funding.Work experience had the greatest influence on theoryand skill.There were significant differences in the eight job competencies of the trainees before and after the training,and age,education background and work experience were the significant factors affecting the work ability.The first pass rate of medical practitioners averaged 55.33%in the past three years.Conclusions The program was satisfied with the overall quality of the program,especially with the construction of teachers.The learning effect of the students was obvious,the theory and skills had been improved,and the work competence had been significantly improved.However,the first pass rate of medical practitioners was low,and there were many deficiencies in the level of teachers in the grass-roots base,the salary of students and the heavy workload of students in some departments.Relevant departments,institutions and management personnel at all levels should pay great attention to it,and strengthen the workability-oriented general training to improve the quality of general personnel training in a medical college.
