The Effect of Standardized Pain Nursing Records in Patients with Advanced Tumors
Objectives To adopt standardized pain nursing records for patients with advanced tumors and implement corresponding intervention measures based on clinical practice,in order to relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced tumors. Methods A total of 136 patients with advanced cancer admitted to a hospital from October 1st,2020 to December 31st,2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd-even number of the room where the patients were located. The control group was treated with routine cancer pain care and recorded. On this basis, the observers were treated with standardized pain assessment nursing record sheet, and nursing measures were performed and recorded after pain assessment. The pain status scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, the defect rate of the pain nursing records of the two groups were observed, and the score of cancer fatigue and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The pain degree(19.26±1.52)scores,the impact of pain on life(17.11±1.37)scores and pain belief(22.78±2.04)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(21.87±2.02,20.95±1.73,25.32±2.51)scores.The satisfaction of pain control(13.32±1.63)was higher than that of control group(11.54±1.29),and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.SAS score(47.61±4.57)and SDS score(42.87±4.43)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(55.69±5.13,54.76±5.78),and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The incidence of pain nursing record defects in observation group(2.94%)was significantly lower than that in control group(20.59%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of standardized pain nursing records and the implementation of intervention measures could reduce the pain degree of patients with advanced tumors, improve their quality of life, improve the degree of cancer-related fatigue, and alleviate the negative emotions of patients, which was worthy of further promotion and application.
