Application of BOPPPS Combined with MDT Teaching Model in Glioma Teaching for Standardized Training of Physicians
Objectives This study aims to explore the effect of the application of BOPPPS combined with multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)teaching model in glioma teaching for standardized training physicians on improving classroom interaction and teaching quality. Methods The research subjects consisted of 24 physicians who underwent training from March 1,2021,to March 1,2023.Twelve physicians received conventional clinical teaching methods from March 1,2021,to March 1,2022,and were selected as the control group. The remaining twelve physicians received BOPPPS combined with MDT teaching from March 1,2022,to March 1,2023,forming the experimental group.Online theoretical tests, offline operational assessments and teaching model satisfaction questionnaires were conducted.SPSS22.0 was used to conduct t-test and Fisher exact test to analyze the differences between the two groups to evaluate the effect. Results After adopting the BOPPPS+MDT teaching method, the physicians in the experimental group showed a significant improvement in clinical thinking, autonomous learning, and cooperation abilities compared to the control group(t=2.178,2.937,2.112,2.128,P<0.05).Satisfaction evaluation showed that 83%of physicians supported the use of this teaching method, which significantly improved the ability of case analysis and stimulates interest of cognition in the discipline(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the BOPPPS combined with MDT teaching model in glioma instruction for standardized training of physicians can enhance learning interest and participation,as well as improve theoretical and practical abilities.Furthermore,it has been shown to yield higher teaching satisfaction compared to traditional teaching methods.
