High Quality Medical Record Information Data Helps Improve the Efficiency of Hospital Economic Operation
The National Health Commission has issued the"Quality Control Indicators for Medical Record Management(2021 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the"Medical Record Quality Control Indicators"),which includes 27 indicators in 5 aspects.While covering outpatient and inpatient medical records,it also covers various aspects of medical record management such as medical record homepage,medical record content,and medical record archiving.It fully considers the accessibility of indicator related information,facilitates industry communication and information statistics,and is suitable for various levels and types of medical institutions to apply in management work.Medical record information management,as an important part of hospital refined management,not only provides complete medical data information,but also tracks medical quality through medical record quality control indicators,promoting operational efficiency improvement.This article first elaborates on the importance of medical record quality control indicators in economic operation,then analyzes the problems in the application of medical record quality control indicators,and finally proposes how to reasonably use medical record quality control indicators to promote the improvement of hospital operation efficiency.
