Disease Spectrum Analysis of Inpatients in a City of Xinjiang Corps from 2017 to 2021
Objectives To analyze the disease composition,changes in parity and age distribution characteristics of hospitalized patients in a city of the Corps,in order to provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of medical resources and the promotion of effective prevention and treatment of diseases.Methods The front page information of 84528 inpatients in municipal hospitals in a city of the Xinjiang Corps from January 1st,2017 to December 31st,2021 was extracted from the information management system of a city's medical security bureau,and the systemic and disease diseases corresponding to the main diagnoses were extracted for retrospective analysis according to ICD-10(coding range A00-Z99).Results From 2017 to 2021,the total number of hospitalized cases in municipal hospitals in a city of the Xinjiang Corps was 84,528 cases,and the cumulative percentage of the top ten hospitalized cases by system was 85.81%,and the top three diseases in order of precedence were circulatory diseases,respiratory diseases,and neoplasms;circulatory diseases and respiratory diseases ranked steadily in the first place and the second;and neoplastic diseases rose from the sixth place to the third place.0-14year old hospitalized respiratory system diseases were the most common among inpatients aged 0-14 years;pregnancy,childbirth and puerperium were the most common system diseases among inpatients aged 15-34 years;genitourinary system diseases were the most common among inpatients aged 35-44 years;circulatory system diseases were the most common among middle-aged and old-aged patients aged 45 years or above;and oncological diseases were the most common among inpatients aged 35-64 years.Conclusions Diseases of the circulatory system,respiratory diseases,tumors were the main diseases affecting the health of the residents in the region,with significant differences in the diseases in different age groups,and the people over 65 years old are the people to be paid attention to,which should be combined with the changes in the disease spectrum and the distribution of the population's age and other characteristics of the disease prevention and control.
