Application of Excel in Quality Control of the Front Page of Inpatient Medical Records
This paper discusses the application of Excel in the quality control of the front page of inpatient medical records,especially in the logical quality control of basic information and diagnosis and treatment information.Taking the information on the front page of the inpatient medical record,such as the patient's gender,age,marital status,and occupation,as an example,this study uses a variety of Excel functions to analyze the logical relationship between the items on the front page of a hospital's inpatient medical record and find out the wrong parts.The quality control results show that Excel can quickly find errors in common logical relationships such as age and work,age and marital status,address and zip code,blood type and blood transfusion fee,pathology and pathology fee,etc.,so as to make up for and optimize the shortcomings of manual quality control.Excel is used for the quality control of the front page of inpatient medical records,which is efficient and accurate,and the functions are simple and easy to master,which is worth learning and mastering by relevant personnel of medical records.Using Excel to control the quality of the front page of inpatient medical records can provide accurate and reliable data sources for hospitals to carry out activities such as scientific research,teaching,and medical insurance payment.
