Application of External Auxiliary System in the Management of Inpatient Medical Records Front Page
The data on the front page of hospital medical records is an important source of information for medical treatment,scientific research,and medical insurance payment.However,the current status of the existing medical record home management system is isolated,which leads to the problems of cumbersome,low efficiency and difficult quality assurance when entering the front page of medical records.Aiming at specific problems in actual work,an inpatient medical record front page entry auxiliary system based on process injection,system hooking and data middle platform technologies was developed,which broke the information barrier between the hospital business system,realized the perception and response of key operations,automatically integrated the patient information in the business system to present,and automatically completed the entry of the data items on the front page of the medical record or the quality control of the input content according to the selection of the staff.With the application of the medical record home entry assistance system,a bridge between the inpatient home page management system and the hospital's business systems has been established,so that the staff can grasp the patient information globally,simplify the entry operation,and improve the home page entry of the medical record.
