基于智能家居理念的智能病案库房建设实践

摘要
某三级医院将智能家居的设计理念引入到病案库房建设,根据病案库房管理的业务要求使用家装常用的传感设备和控制设备,形成不同设备组合的联动逻辑,可以满足现在病案管理较为迫切的防水、防火、防盗、防潮、防高温、防强光等需要,从验收效果来看达到了档案库房建设国家标准,实现了病案库房的远程监控和智能管理.作为智慧医院在病案管理的创新性应用案例,该方案实施路径成熟便捷,性价比较为合理,能够适应病案分级管理要求,不仅能够满足一般病案的本地管理或托管到异地仓储,而且能够就近保障珍贵病案的安全利用,还可拓展到特殊病案在内的院史文物研究和文化建设,支持"病案不同类别应配置不同资源"的新理念,促进病案管理由信息化向数字化、智能化转型,为卫生健康信息管理学科的高质量发展奠定基础.
Abstract
A tertiary hospital introduces the design concept of smart home into the construction of medical records warehouse.According to the business requirements of medical records warehouse management,it uses sensing equipment and control equipment commonly used in home decoration to form a linkage logic of different equipment combinations,which can meet the urgent needs of medical records management such as waterproof,fireproof,anti-theft,moisture-proof,high-temperature and anti-glare.From the acceptance effect,it has reached the national standard of archives warehouse construction,and realized the remote monitoring and intelligent.
