Discussion on the Hierarchical and Progressive Training Mode of Cesarean Section Operation for Postgraduate Students in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department
Objective To investigate the value and significance of cesarean section training among postgraduates with hierarchical and progressive training mode.Methods Twenty-five resident postgraduates in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital underwent cesarean section training between August 1st,2022 and December 28th,2023,involving theories of operation,virtual simulation and operation on patients.The cesarean section skill of students was evaluated after training compared with those whom were taught by traditional manner(n=18),Questionnaire was used to evaluate the effectiveness of training.Results All the 25postgraduates completed the training,The exam scores(95.84±1.25)were significantly higher than those of control(91.83±2.36,P<0.05).The operative time(72.28±3.86)were significantly lower than those of control(73.83±6.71,P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey of training experience,the scores of experimental group was significant higher than the control group in 4 of 6 dimensions.In the questionnaire survey of training evaluation,the scores of experimental group was significant higher than the control group in 3 of 6 dimensions.Conclusions In the process of standardized training for master of Obstetrics and Gynecology department,the training of hierarchical and progressive cesarean section operation could effectively improve the quality of training and enhance the technical level of cesarean section for graduate students.
