The medical record front page of inpatient cases is the core carrier of medical information,and its accuracy directly affects the payment of the medical insurance fund.This paper discussed the challenges faced by the medical insurance DRGs payment mode and the management problems of the medical record front page and proposes the"double-link and double-control"page management strategy.This strategy effectively improved the accuracy of the data on the first page of inpatient medical records by linking the information entry and review links,combined with data verification and logical review controls.In addition,through a single coding operation,this strategy can generate two front pages that simultaneously meet the requirements of the Health Commission and the Medical Security Bureau,significantly improving the efficiency and ensuring the consistency of data management.This strategy has promoted the development of medical informatization,further improved medical insurance payment,and helped medical institutions achieve high-quality development.
