Practice of PBL+CBL Combined with Visual CT Three-dimensional Reconstruction System Teaching Mode in Urology
Objectives This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the PBL+CBL combined with a visual CT three-dimensional reconstruction system teaching model in urology practice,aiming to provide a reference for strengthening the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of interns.Methods A total of 150 five-year clinical medicine undergraduates from the class of 2018,who interned at a certain hospital from June 30,2022 to June 30,2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 75 students in each group.The experimental group used the PBL+CBL combined with a visual CT three-dimensional reconstruction system teaching model,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.The two groups were compared in terms of medical case writing,medical document writing,theoretical scores,operational scores,usual performance scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was 89.40±6.80,the operational score was 88.60±4.30,the regular score was 84.90±5.80,and the teaching satisfaction rate was 77.33%,all of which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In clinical internships in urology,applying the PBL+CBL combined with a visual CT three-dimensional reconstruction system teaching model not only enhances the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns but also improves their satisfaction with clinical internship teaching.It has application value in cultivating the clinical thinking ability of interns.
