Application of Personalized Nursing Based on Raynaud's Condition Score in Patients with Systemic Sclerosis
Objectives This study aims to investigate the application of personalized nursing intervention based on Raynaud's condition score(RCS)in patients with systemic sclerosis,so as to provide data reference to assist clinical work. Methods A total of 36 patients with systemic sclerosis who were hospitalized in a certain hospital from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were collected. The patients were randomly divided into a routine nursing group and an evaluation group. The Raynaud's phenomenon scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The ICC of RCS between patient and nurse assessment was 0.869(P=0.000).The RCS of both the routine care group(4.8±1.9 vs.3.8±1.7,t=8.617,P=0.000)and the evaluation group(5.4±2.3 vs.3.8±2.1,t=9.544,P=0.000)were significantly reduced. The decrease in RCS in the evaluation group was significantly higher than that in the routine care group(1.6±1.1 vs.1.0±0.8,t=2.639,P=0.010).The nursing satisfaction of the assessment group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(94.4%vs.83.3%,x2=9.8,P=0.002).Conclusions Systemic sclerosis patients can master Raynaud condition scoring with training.Patients can understand their condition by regularly scoring Raynaud's condition and seeking medical treatment in time to improve Raynaud's condition.
