Reservation Process Improvement and System Implementation of Inpatient Medical Record Copy Based on Internet+Model
In order to solve the problems of long time for waiting and queuing,complicated procedures and inconvenient transportation for copying medical records in the traditional copying mode,the medical record copying process is improved based on the Browser/Server architecture to build a medical record copying appointment platform.Patients use the online applet to realize the functions of online application,payment and appointment of inpatient medical records;hospital staffs can set basic parameters about copying information such as work scheduling through the management terminal and realize functions such as online review,charging and refund.The platform greatly improves the efficiency,reasonably optimizes the uneven busyness and idleness in the medical record copying work,relieves the pressure of the staff.At the same time,potential problems are also be found in this model,such as patient's request for the records without making an appointment,difficulties in making an appointment,the failure due to the incomplete patient's hospitalization information and the early or overdue of patient's pickup.And further solutions are proposed,which will be applied to the follow-up closed-loop management of the medical record copying work.This new mode can provide a reference for promoting the digital construction of medical record copying management.
