Bibliometrics and Visual Knowledge Map Analysis of Influencing Factors of Medical Expenses in China Based on Citespace
Objectives To understand the current situation,trends and hotspots of research,and explore the essence and law of unreasonable growth of medical expenses in China through bibliometric analysis of the influencing factors of medical expenses in China.Methods In this study,the keywords of"medical cost influencing factors"or"medical cost factors"were used to retrieve 1160 valid literatures in CNKI database from January 1st,2014 to December 31st,2023.Bibliometric analysis was carried out with the help of Citespace.Results There were 1160 valid literatures,and the annual number of publications showed a fluctuating downward trend.The cooperation network density of authors and institutions was 0.0065 and 0.0045 respectively,suggesting that the cooperation between authors and institutions was less.In the keyword clustering analysis,Q was 0.572 and S was 0.835,indicating that the clustering module structure was significant,and the research hotspots focused on medical expenses,influencing factors and hospitalization expenses.'Payment method','hospital infection'and'medical security'were the research frontiers that had received extensive attention.'Two-part model','elderly'and'tuberculosis'were future research hotspots.Conclusions The attention of medical expenses in China had shown a fluctuating downward trend,and only a small network structure of dominant authors and institutions had been formed.The research hotspots mainly focused on the elderly,hospitalized patients,medical insurance,anxiety and depression.
