A Randomized Controlled Study of the Clinical Effect of Defecating Technique and Aspiration for Tension Blood Vesicles in Fractures
Objectives To investigate the clinical effect of defecating technique in the treatment of tension blood blisters after fracture, and provide a new method for the clinical treatment of blood blisters after fracture. Methods From June 29th,2023 to April 30th,2024,a total of 86 preoperative patients with ankle fracture combined with tension blood blisters were selected from the traumatic orthopedics department of a hospital.A single-blind randomized controlled study was conducted, which was divided into experimental group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases). The experimental group was treated with defecating technique, and the control group was treated with suction technique.Measurement data conforming to normal distribution were expressed as mean±standard deviation((x-)±s).P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Wound healing time, operation waiting time, dressing changes. Results The experimental group was 42 cases and the control group 41 cases. The wound healing time of experimental group(5.12±1.84)days was better than that of control group(7.66±3.38)days,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;The number of dressing changes in the experimental group(3.26±1.15)was less than that in the control group(5.59±2.50),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation waiting time of the experimental group was(7.43±1.98)days,which was better than that of the control group(8.44±2.60)days,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Defecating technique could promote wound healing, shorten the waiting time before surgery, reduce the number of dressing changes, improve patient satisfaction, and facilitate postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
