Anhua dark tea is an important part of Chinese dark tea,and has made many breakthroughs in new product development,process and equipment innovation in recent years.This paper introduces the basic situation and the latest research progress of Anhua dark tea products and processing technology from the aspects of product category,traditional processing technology,product and technology innovation.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the existing problems of Anhua dark tea products and technological innovation,aiming at providing reference for Anhua dark tea to break through the bottleneck and achieve high-quality development.
