Tea industry is one of the important industries in Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous county.The ad-vantages and opportunities such as a long industrial history,superior environment,rich and excellent variety resourc-es,broad market,and strategic support were found in tea industry of Lianshan county by SWOT analysis.The disad-vantages and challenges such as insufficient production scale,production technology to be improved,fierce market competition,and policy changes were also identified.The paper tried to put forward corresponding strategies from S-O,W-O,S-T and W-T to provide suggestions for the high-quality development of tea industry in Lianshan county.
