综述了茶叶中吡咯里西啶生物碱(Pyrrolizidine alkaloids,PAs)残留量的检测方法,包括比色法、毛细管电泳法、免疫学方法、色谱分析法等,并总结了国内外茶叶中PAs残留研究现状,分析了茶叶中PAs的毒性作用以及国内外关于PAs的限量标准.我国目前尚缺乏茶叶中PAs的检测标准,迫切需要制定与欧盟规定相符的21种PAs的检测标准,并展开茶叶PAs污染水平监测与风险评估研究,为确保我国茶叶质量安全,积极应对欧盟贸易壁垒提供强有力的技术保障.
Research Progress on Detection Methods and Current Status of Residual Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids in Tea
This article reviewed the detection methods for the residual pyrrolizidine alkaloids(PAs)in tea,including colorimetric methods,capillary electrophoresis,immunological methods,chromatographic analysis,and discussed their current status and future trends.Additionally,it summarized the current research on PAs residues in tea both domestically and internationally,analyzed the toxic effects of PAs in tea,and examined the limit standards of existing PAs globally.Considering the lack of detection standards for PAs in Chinese tea,it is urgent to develop detection standards for at least 21 types of PAs,in accordance with the European Union regulations.Furthermore,research on monitoring the con-tamination levels of PAs in tea and conducting risk assessments is crucial.In order to ensure the quality and safety of tea in our country and actively respond to EU trade barriers,strong technical support was provided.
