Ganpu tea is a specially reprocessed tea composed of tangerine peel and Pu-erh tea.In this paper,the research progress of Ganpu tea in recent years were reviewed,including the processing technology,chemical composition,functional characteristics and quality control.Through the review and evaluation of these studies,the purpose is to provide reference for the further research and application of Ganpu tea.
