In the digital era,accelerating digital construction for tea enterprises is an inevitable choice to enhance their competitiveness.The article summarized the establishment of a digital management system for tea enterprises in Xinchang County,the creation of digital tea gardens and factories,and the construction of digital construction paths such as the"enterprise brain"-digital cockpit.In response to the main problems of insufficient understanding of digital transformation,talent shortage,and weak foundation,targeted suggestions were proposed to strengthen technical guidance,accelerate talent cultivation,and improve basic level,In order to provide reference for the digi-tal construction and improvement of tea enterprises to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
