The application of digital technology in northern tea gardens can provide solutions and techniques for many problems that exist in the development of the northern tea industry,and promote the high-quality develop-ment of the northern tea industry.The article discussed the necessity and feasibility of digital development in north-ern tea gardens,introduced the research and application of digitalization in northern tea gardens,including meteoro-logical disaster prediction in tea gardens,intelligent monitoring and early warning of diseases and pests,visualiza-tion monitoring system at actual time in tea gardens,and digital tea,etc.The development trend of digital tea gar-dens in northern China was put forward.
