Mechanized Processing Technology and Quality Analysis of Lushan Yunwu Tea
Lushan Yunwu tea is one of the top ten traditional famous teas in China,with a long history and cultural heritage.Fresh tea leaves of different grades were picked and processed into Lushan Yunwu tea using the techniques of spreading,dry-blanching,moisture regain,rolling,initial baking,shaping,and drying.The processing conditions,equipment,and quality characteristics of Lushan Yunwu tea were described,and the chemical component contents of Lushan Yunwu tea were analyzed.It provided scientific basis for the standardized processing of Lushan Yunwu tea.
