摘要

安康市汉滨区地处陕西南部,种茶历史悠久,特别是近10多年来,茶树品种选育、标准化建园、市场主体培育、茶叶加工、品牌打造等工作取得显著成效.目前汉滨区已跻身陕西省茶叶主产县(区),但其茶产业仍存在品种推广力度不够、品种优势发挥不明显、管护水平良莠不齐、茶叶品质有待提升、公用品牌培育滞后、三产融合发展不够紧密、标准化生产水平不高、产品研发不足等问题.文章通过对汉滨茶产业发展现状和存在问题作综合分析,提出科学化规划布局、标准化建园管护、规模化生产加工、品牌化经营拓展、生态化发展、加大资金和科技投入等对策建议,以助汉滨区茶产业实现标准化、良种化、规模化、园区化、产业化"五化"高质量发展.

Abstract

Hanbin is located in the south of Shaanxi province of a long history of tea cultivation.In the past 10 years,significantly achievements have been made in tea breeding,standardization plantation,development of indus-trial body,tea processing and brand building,and Hanbin District has become one of the main tea producing coun-ties(districts)in Shaanxi province.However,there were still problems such as insufficient cultivar promotion,not obvious cultivar advantages,uneven management and protection level,tea quality to be improved,lagging public brand cultivation,insufficient integration and development of the third industry,low standard production level,and insufficient product research and development.Through a comprehensive analysis of the development status and ex-isting problems of Hanbin tea industry,the paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as scientific planning and layout,standardized garden construction and management,large-scale production and processing,brand management and expansion,ecological development,and increased investment in funds,science and technol-ogy,so as to help the tea industry in Hanbin district achieve"five aspects"of high-quality development.
