摘要
随着茶产业的发展,茶叶标准化工作逐步推进.文章介绍了我国茶通用标准、各茶类标准和茶叶国际标准标准化建设的最新情况,其中分类介绍了乌龙茶类标准、白茶类标准、红茶类标准、绿茶类标准、黄茶类标准、黑茶类标准,以及茉莉花茶类标准;现行有效的茶叶国际标准共31项,此外,还有4项正在研制中.为支持中国标准的"走出去"战略,目前有23项国家标准外文版出版,3项正在研制中.文章还对标准建设的未来发展方向进行了展望,对进一步推进我国茶叶标准化工作具有一定参考意义.
Abstract
With the development of the tea industry,the standardization of tea has gradually progressed.This article in-troduced the current situation of China's general tea standards,the standardization of different kinds of tea,and the es-tablishment of international tea standards.Among them,it classified and introduced the standard for Oolong tea,white tea,black tea,green tea,yellow tea,dark tea,and jasmine tea.Currently,there are 31 effective international standards for tea,and 4 more are under development.To support the"going global"strategy for Chinese standards,23 national standards have been published in foreign languages,and 3 more are under development.The article also provided an outlook on the future development direction of the standard construction,which has certain reference significance for further promoting the standardization of tea in China.
