摘要

在"碳达峰和碳中和"的双碳背景下,低碳茶园建设成为生态环境保护和茶产业可持续发展的重要策略之一.文章提出了一系列促进低碳茶园建设的关键举措:一要发展低碳茶园生产技术,提高茶园固碳增汇能力;二要完善茶园碳汇计量、监测和评估标准;三要政企联合,参与市场机制调节;四要提高茶农意识,发展茶文化生态旅游.此外,还需加强碳汇管理和碳交易机制,激励茶农参与低碳生产,共同实现碳减排目标.综合考虑生态、经济和社会效益,"双碳"背景下低碳茶园建设将为茶产业可持续发展提供重要支撑,为构建美丽中国和实现碳中和目标贡献智慧和力量.

Abstract

In the dual-carbon context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the construction of low-carbon tea gardens has become one of the important strategies for ecological environment protection and sustainable development.This article proposed a series of key measures to promote the construction of low-carbon tea gardens.First,we must develop low-carbon tea technology and improve tea gardens'carbon sequestration and sink capacity.Second,we must improve tea garden carbon sink measurement,monitoring and evaluation standards.Third,we must unite government and en-terprises to participate in market mechanism adjustment.Fourth,we must improve the awareness of tea farmers and develop tea culture eco-tourism.In addition,carbon sink management and carbon trading mechanisms should be strengthened to encourage tea farmers to participate in low-carbon production and jointly achieve carbon emission reduction goals.By comprehensively considering the ecological,economic and social benefits,the construction of low-carbon tea gardens under the dual-carbon background will provide important support for the sustainable development of the tea industry,and contribute the wisdom and strength to building a beautiful China and achieving the goal of carbon neutrality.
