摘要
在新茶饮的引领下,浙江省花茶生产趋势向好.文章通过分析浙江花茶生产历史、产销现状,以及总结出其产品花色品种多、窨制工艺多样化、产品标准化程度低三大特点,讨论了浙江花茶生产在政策、技术、原料、市场方面的四大优势,提出有选择、适量生产的发展建议.
Abstract
Under the guidance of new tea drink,the trend of scented tea production in Zhejiang province is good.This article analyzed the production history and current situation of Zhejiang scented tea,as well as the three major characteristics of a wide variety of product colors,diverse fermentation processes,and low product standardization.It discussed the four major advantages of Zhejiang scented tea production in terms of policy,technology,raw mate-rials and market,and proposed development suggestions for appropriate production.
